The Western Neurosurgery
The Western Neurosurgery building is located within the Swan Corporate Center. A challenge of this project was the orientation of the primary building façade, which faces west. The architectural response to this is the implementation of long, linear ribbon windows that are recessed deep into the wall of the building and a curvilinear feature that announces the entry.
Rosen Orthodontics
This 5,244 S.F. Rosen Orthodontics office has an open, seven bay operatory and four dental surgery suites. The design features stone walls of natural shades inspired by the surrounding canyons of the Coronado National Forest. The design also contains sustainability aspects that include water harvesting, photovoltaic solar panels and exterior shading.
Mesquite Gastroenterology
10,585 S.F. of state of the art office and surgery center is located in the Tanque Verde Place office complex. The facility contains a medical office portion and a Medicare certified surgery center with two Class “C” operating rooms and associated support spaces.
Retina Asociates
Eglin+Bresler Architects provided three designs for this medical group’s offices that follow similar architectural themes. Located in Pima county, Tucson and Green Valley, Arizona, these offices have curvilinear soffits and reception counters as well as efficient floor plans that maximize patient flow.
Dr. Jaws
This tenant improvement dental office follows the design aesthetic of a previously constructed facility. Curved soffits provide an interior that transitions from the lobby to the open operatories.
Healthy Skin
This 10,000 S.F. one storey, multi-tenant office building features several angled metal roofs that announce entries to individual suites. Slate pier and earth tones provide contrast between the design elements of this building.
Briarcrest Vet

Camp Lowell Medical Center
The 10,000 S.F. Camp Lowell Medical Center is located in the Village Offices along Swan and Camp Lowell Roads. The soaring lobby ceiling is a distinguishable feature of the facility, allowing ample light into the spaces and controlled access to the patient areas for the six medical practitioners of this practice.
Tucson Osteopathic
This building houses the administrative headquarters for the osteopathic foundation. It contains offices, conference rooms and classroom areas.
Ina Road Medical
The 9,397 square foot Ina Road Medical Building is actually a dramatic remodel of an existing structure. A new paint scheme and stone cladding system were incorporated into the project in order to enhance the curb appeal of the property.
Center for Neuroscience
At 29,560 square foot the Center for Neurosciences is home to Southern Arizona’s largest group practice dedicated to the treatment of neurological disorders. Located off River Road, this contemporary design features wood ceilings and natural light for its occupants.
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Located in Village Offices, this 7,200 S.F. of building (including a 1,400 S.F. of additional space) provides operatories for multiple types of dental procedures.
Catalina Surgery Center
Located in the La Cholla Corporate Center, this 5,300 S.F. facility boasts Class “A”, “B” and “C” operatories. Along with pre-op and post anesthesia care units, the center provides surgical procedures for various specialties.
Head to Toe
Located in Innovation Corporate Center, this project is for a married couple, one a ophthalmologist and the other a podiatrist. In addition to the medical offices, a retail component is provided for eyewear purchase.
Orlick & Olsen Dermatology
This 5,400 S.F. contemporary medical building in La Cholla Corporate Center contains multiple skylights for natural lighting as well as an intricate soffit design that defines different functions within the building.
Azoms
This building, located in Tanque Verde Place, provides multiple operatories for a variety of oral procedures.
